SM assures its employees that they will still receive their regular salary from the start of Enhanced Community Quarantine last March 17 until April 12, 2020. This is good news as the whole nation fights the battle with COVID-19. They value their employees the most which is the main objective of SM.
In addition, vacation and sick leaves will not be deducted. The Rank and File up to Department Managers that are still working and part of the skeletal force who are crucial in running a business will get their premium pay.
Financial assistance will also be provided by SM to all the security guards and janitors. They will also give help to their promodizers.

SM Group also allocated P100M help for the protective equipment, testing kits, disinfectant, to all our health workers.
