The SM Store, the largest department store chain in the Philippines is now available online thru ShopSM! I know holiday season is already over but I haven't shop anything for myself yet! So I have all the reasons to try to shop online at ShopSM.

How to shop at ShopSM?
1. Login/Register.
2. Fill up necessary information.
3. Browse thru their different categories.
4. Add the items on your cart (check if they have stock left to avoid the delay on delivery).
5. Check out your orders.
6. Choose Shipping Method (Delivery or Pick-up at SM Store).
7. Add your SM Advantage Card number or BDO Rewards Card number.
8. Choose Mode of Payment (COD or Debit Card).
9. Place your order.
10. Received an email for your order.
11. Received an sms for the delivery of your order.
After 8 days of waiting, I finally got my orders. Here's how it looks like, properly wrapped on a bubble-wrap. I ordered a watch (because I lost mine) and a pair of sandals good for everyday work.
Good thing I got this last piece of Ladies' Analog Watch Gift Set. It is packaged on a gift box with 4 additional different strap designs.
I also got the Parisian Ladies' Yoany Wedge Sandals on Taupe (size 5). I honestly want the sandals on white but there were no stocks left.
- They have authentic and branded products.
- You can still earn points with your SM Advantage or BDO Rewards Card. (tita goals!)
- Request a return/refund/or exchange for items on any SM branch. You just need to request it on your account then bring the item with you.
- “Click and Collect” option at The SM Store. All you have to do is select your preferred branch at checkout and they'll have it ready for you in-store.
- I don't have problems with the delivery even if my location is outside Metro Manila. I received my package after 8 days. Ordered the items on December 29, 2020 and received it on January 8, 2020.
What needs to be work on:
- Few items to choose from and a lot of items are already out of stock. This one is understandable considering that I ordered after the Christmas season and come New Year holiday.
