East Lodge Restobar (ELR) celebrated their 1st year anniversary last Saturday, May 5, 2018. Although Antipolo is known for bars overlooking the Manila Cityscape, East Lodge is the very first restobar with Instagram worthy walls and affordable food and drinks in Antipolo. Basically, ELR is a hole-in-the-wall that offers savory group meals, pulutan, cocktails and local beers.
At first, you'll never notice this place from the outside. But as soon as you'll enter, you'll be greeted with a homey vibe. You'll see interesting pieces on each wall of the restobar – all of which are the works of the owners’ family.
ELR was a concept by Jun Macaraig, one of the two owners. His partner, Greg Cantor, helped in the enhancement of the overall bar set-up and design. Both families are responsible for the bar design and conceptualization.
In terms of the ambiance, the goal was to give the place a casual, chill and Instagram-worthy look. Food, on the other hand, were all developed by Jun. Both owners and their families also overlook the operations of the restobar. Talk about team effort!
If you are looking for an IG-worthy spot in Antipolo, then this is the place to be. They used recycled materials to give the restobar a rustic vibe. The walls are painted with contemporary designs which attract both the millennials and the older customers! From the walls, ceilings, tables – everything is well thought out.

Crispy nachos with beef, veggies and a generous amount of cheese.
Sizzling Pork Sisig PHP165
Grilled pork seasoned with onion, pepper, and calamansi, topped with an egg. The recipe is authentic, Kapampangan style. One of their bestseller and you shouldn't leave the place without tasting it.

Deep chicken wings in various flavors such as Buffalo Wings, Sweet Chili Wings, and BBQ Wings serve with East Lodge special sauce.
Tofu Nuggets PHP95
Crispy fried tofu served with East Lodge special sauce.

Deep fried fish with tartar sauce.

Deep fried tofu with chicken strips, onion, and bell pepper. This is best paired with their cold drinks.

East Lodge Restobar is definitely a great tambayan for friends who just want a chill vibe. And it is also great for families' dinner as they are open at 5PM to 2AM. I personally wouldn't mind going back for their sisig and having a few drinks.
East Lodge Restobar also offers packages for private events; they accept reservations for special occasions and gatherings at an affordable price. They do not offer rental fees for exclusive parties (YES! FREE VENUES!) – you only have to avail their consumable party packages.
