It took me quite a long while to post a review about Kanto Freestyle Breakfast. I always wanted to try to eat here because of there adorable food pictures on Instagram.
Here you can see that they have a yellow motif on their store here in Eastwood.
They have catchy quotes that are hanging on their walls.
When I first got to their store, it was after my shift when I am still on a morning schedule. It's around 4pm. Initially I planned to eat here before going to St Pio. There's a few people inside their store. I went in and looked for a seat. At first I don't know what to order. I really wanted to try their pancakes or their champorado with tuyo but the Spanish Sardines with Eggs Benedict caught my eye on their menu.

I was a bit disappointed with my order. It takes more than 20 minutes to prepare and when I tasted it, it was not even hot. Even the potatoes are not freshly made.

But I still give them another try. Last week, my co-worker Pam invited me for a breakfast. It was after our shift around 1:00 am in the morning. So there were a lot of diners when we got to Kanto. Pam suggested that I should order their Honey Garlic Chicken with fried rice, sauce and Tomato Pesto.
It was indeed good! The sauce reminds me of the one in Kebabers. The sauce complements well with the chicken. It is so tasty and you can taste the garlic on it on a nice way. Though the service is still slow.

It was nice that I still give them the benefit of the doubt to try their dishes on the 2nd time. And I still want to go back to try the pancakes and other desserts!
